On blocking apps

i got TZ370 and i block apps for students during the week (instagram, facebook etc) but one day stop working on apple devices.

when i block facebook in app control it works on android devices but not on apple devices, so do you have any idea what i can do? I call many times the costumer service but they cannot help me

App control blocking works for all client platforms. If its not working on the apple IOS devices, we may need to check if the signatures trigger when passing traffic from these device by doing a packet capture on the SonicWall or checking the event logs based on the IP address of the client.
