GMS: (admin) User has been locked out, contact administrator for detail
Hi there,
our sgms admin user has been locked out (disabled), because of to many wrong logins.

Does anyone had this issue before?
If yes, maybe you can tell me how to enable the account again?
Any help would be welcome.

Please contact support and let them know the Serial number of the GMS. You can click on the Forgot password and Support will reset the password for you.

hey thanks for the quick reply. the forgot password link is for the uma, right? that password still works.
its the admin user of the sgms which wont work anymore. so i understand i need to open a ticket since i cant reset(enable) the admin user myself?
thanks i managed to reset the password what also enabled the account again.
i had some concerns to dig into the db but it worked.
