VPN issue

we are facing an issue where a few users are not able to connect on VPN. The hostname gets resolved successfully but the connecting tunnel gets stuck on connecting. After 10/15 minutes, it closes after giving an error. We have checked directly through IP address as well, still the same problem.

In ngutil logs, we found error messages. What that error means.

    The firmware 12.3.0 is no longer supported and is end of life.

    For firmware 12.4.0 there will be no more hot-fixes or any bug fixes. The legacy connect tunnel is end of life as well.

    Please user Modern connect tunnel and plan and upgrade with a proper upgrade path to 12.4.1 firmware + September 12.4.1 2021 HF.
