Error: The Windows Remote Access Service (RAS) has encountered an error. Rebooting your Window PC may resolve this issue.

I am hosting SSL VPN for users on NSA 2650 and TZ400 devices. My users have experienced the above error many times, but in one case recently the usual troubleshooting steps have not resolved the issue.

Relevant errors from log:

01/06/2021 09:20:41, Error, 0x01000314, Engine, The Windows Remote Access Service (RAS) has encountered an error. Rebooting your Window PC may resolve this issue.,

01/06/2021 09:23:48, Info, 0x01000600, Engine, Connecting...,

01/06/2021 09:23:50, Info, 0x03000600, Engine, Releasing security functions...,

To date we have experienced this on NetExtender version 10.2.300, 9.0.0.274, and 8.6.265. We have uninstalled all WAN Miniport drivers in Windows 10, version 20H2, then rebooted the PC. This may allow a connection for a short while, but the issue re-appears. 

Are there any other suggestions for a long-term fix for this issue?

    Try use the latest version NetExtender-10.2.313.MSI for windows 10.
