Access to Office 365 Mail Server

Does anyone have any experience allowing a PBX to send mail through a SonicWall? I have created objects for both the source (PBX) and destination (an Office365 Server) and tried to use port 587. Can't see any traffic through the rule I set, and am stumped!

    Hi @RWM

    Please let us know the PBX model which you are trying to configure with office 365 & meanwhile I would suggest you to do packet capture to analyze what is actually happening with the traffic.

    If the PBX is present behind the firewall, we usually allow all traffic outbound. You can check the outbound traffic using packet monitor to figure out what could be the issue.
