How to exclude the sslvpn netextender of a SW224 connected to a SMA500v in the End Point Control?

Hi !
I want to use EPC. This works for Windows machines because the User can see a EPC Dialog if something is missing.
But I have several SW224 devices as homeOffice Firewall and connect the tunnel with the integrated Netextender.SSLVPN. This ia a linux 8.6 version.
I like to have an exclusion that these clients are always accepted without the EPC check.
Is there an KB about EPC?

Hi @ThK
You need to disable EPC for each of those users under Local Users, select the user and under the EPC tab disable EPC for that user.
Hi @Simon
understand - otherwise for those with the sw224 netextender connection i use a "special user" without epc.
thanks for the hint
