Changeip network error on SonicOS 6.5, i'm doing something wrong?

Hello, i not sure if this is the correct place to ask but i changed one of out ddns providers from NOIP to Changeip, some weird requirements for our client, but i can't make it work, it was working fine with noip but changeip is failing with network error, i used the dd client to check if i was doing something wrong but it works perfectly, but i need to use the ddns from the sonicwall, i need some help please.

I do see some similar reported issues on 6.5.4.5 and 6.5.4.6 versions and we do have HF available for the same. Kindly reach out to our support team and provide them the diagnostics files so that they can help you further.
