I have a user that is being routed to the incorrect VPN location

I know this may be a simple answer, but i have "inherited" a new network (new engineer, old one left quickly). I have user that when she connects to the VPN it rouytes her to a VPN in another country. We have a number of them, one in US and one in UK. This user is physically located in the UK, but connect tunnel always routes her through the US VPN. We are not at user capacity. So not sure hwy it would be doing this.
