CFS PROFILE OBJECTS

Hello Everyone,
I have 3 CFS Profiles: Admin, Default, Limited Access. So what i would like to do is control the users content access. I did setup the Ip range of my network to the default profile. So my question is, when I want to separate and add the user to the admin or limited profile do i remove it from the default? What is the correct way in handling this?

CFS policies have an order (top-down) where the first match is the policy that gets applied. You can leave a user in multiple rules as long as the top-down structure is fine.
Hi @ROLANDO93,
Please leave the default CFS policy as it is and start creating new CFS policies based on the requirement to enforce the users based mechanism. Also, please ensure the custom created policies are placed on top of the default CFS policy for the web filter to work as expected.
Hope this helps.
