SonicWall SOHO not responding to browser on port 4433

I have set up SSL VPN with the assistance of our consultant and it works fine with the NetExtender client software, but when I try to access the portal with a browser, it responds "This page isn't working." The details listed are [URL Redacted] didn't send any data - ERROR_EMPTY_RESPONSE. How do I resolve this error?
