Hey @Dave_Loveridge, can you paste the drop code from the packet capture? It should show when you click on the drop entry at the bottom.
Could you please ensure the access rule that you created to allow port TCP 25 from LAN to WAN is set to top priority? As @MasterRoshi said, please share the drop reason of the packets which can be obtained from Packet Details section in the Packet Monitor page to figure out.
