Can you explain the capacity on SMA 100 series?

From SMA 410L

14. Policies (Global) 64 Total no of various policies that can be added under the Services > Policies

page.

15. Policies (Group) 64 Total no of various policies that can be added under the "Policies" tab of a

group.

16. Policies (User) 64 Total no of various policies that can be added under the "Policies" tab of an

user.

So I can have total 64+64+64 = 192 policies ?

or global 64, each group can have 64? like I have 10 group, then 10 group x 64 =640 for group.

100 users, then 100 users x 64 =6400 policies for users?

It should be the last one. Is there any use-case where you would need this many policies?
