Upgraded from 10.2.0.2-20sv to 10.2.0.3 SMA400

SMA connect agent (all of them) download software is greyed out.

netextender client downloads OK

when try to upgrade a previous installed agent says "Contact vendor"

rolled back to 10.2.0.2-20sv and working

Anyone else see this happening?

    Tried a second time to install

    now all working

    don't know what caused the first issue
