Getting below error while registering on-premises analytics.
The status is OFFLINE because, the installed syslog analytics should contact the MySonicWall account and then the status gets changed to ONLINE. Since we have some issues with registering the analytics on the premises, we are seeing OFFLINE status on MySonicWall. Please ignore this status for now and later this gets changed.

Usually seen this error if you are licensed for syslog based Analytics and you have installed flow based. Please verify the same.

We have a licensed for syslog base analytics and we have installed syslog based analytics only.
In my sonicwall account I am seeing offline status for analytics serial no.
Please cross verify the serial number of your analytics in your MySonicWall account and verify if it shows Syslog based of Flow based.
I checked it showed syslog based analytics
@Ninad94 - Thanks for checking that out. Could you try to re-deploy the analytics file downloading it fresh again? May be something odd with the installation file. Please try and let us know.
