sonicwall windows remote access server error

Have a new Lenovo Thinkpad using the same Netextender client for numerous other Lenovo laptops. This laptop tries to connect and then throws error windows remote access server error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled client but same error. Laptop is running Wind10 1909. Any thoughts are MUCH appreciated.

I think this could be related to WAN miniport (IP) device on the Lenovo Thinkpad. Please take a look at the KB article below.
