Hi all, I got following msg through email from capture security center.But my firewall is in live condition at that day? What will be the reason for this ?

The alert is triggered from the CSC, when the communication between the CSC added firewalls added and the CSC gets interrupted. For every few seconds or minutes both the firewall(s) and the CSC communicates to maintain the record of seamless communication.
The firewall may be in UP state working fine all time but if the communication between the CSC and the firewall is broken, then CSC returns this alert email to the admin MSU user(s) to give them a heads up.

is this unit connected to NSM/CSC, it probably just lost connectivity to the central management? Check in there if it's still marked as down.
