can you confirm on the HES console Network / ServerConfuguration you reach the internal emailserver?
also confirm you update the LDAP data. can you see your user in the HES?
are you having problem sending and receiving ?
if sending is there a route in the firewall for outgoing smtp over an other internetline ?
