HES | outbound email failed to send to specific domain

Also having an issue post config of outbound route and adding connector it is fine but emails are not going through
SPF record which I put is -all

    Its fine now for me.

    We changed MX and SPF record.

    Also add users in HES also.. It looks good.

    @Manishkct Hi !

    can you confirm on the HES console Network / ServerConfuguration you reach the internal emailserver?

    also confirm you update the LDAP data. can you see your user in the HES?

    are you having problem sending and receiving ?

    if sending is there a route in the firewall for outgoing smtp over an other internetline ?
