    I noticed we're no longer able to download firmware without a support contract. In the past, I've not noticed this limitation.

    I also received several notifications for NSA 250M devices with an upgrade to 5.9.2.7 but the software is not listed for download and there is no way to purchase support, the fields are greyed out.

    With the reported 800,000 affected devices worldwide, it might make sense to allow free downloads for the updated firmware.
