SMA 500v and Avaya IX Workplace

I have SMA 500v for Azure and I am trying to connect an Avaya IX Workplace softphone back to the data center. The always on vpn comes up and i connect to other resources but the softphone just does not connect. I can connect to the web admin interface on the IP Office but soft phone acts like there is not a route. Any Idea on what can cause this isssue?

    This could potentially be a bug and will call for detailed investigation by ENG and Support. Please contact tech-support and submit a JIRA ticket with detailed logs.
