I am trying to use the NSM for reporting i am finding that it is so sluggish that it is costing me money and time not saving it. is there a reason it is so slow? it takes more that 1 minute to load the reporting page to add a rule/new report.

I'm using NSM on cloud and I dont see any delays from my side. Are you using NSM on-prem or cloud version and experiencing this issue?
Please submit a product feedback from your MySonicWall account. Even though a below web-link talks about beta feedback, the same steps can be followed to submit any product feedback.
