Packet monitor on super massive 9600 increase cpu to 100%

When I start a packet monitor on the firewall the cpu goes to 100%. Is there anything wrong..

    Utilizing Packet Capture on SonicWall definitely causes a spike in CPU but not to 100% consistently. When the CPU goes to 100%, we would need to take a look at the tasks consumes more CPU and based on the result we have to take it forward. As a best practice recommendation, please ensure to run your SonicWall appliance on its latest firmware.

    In the below KB article, please look for section "Core 0 Process Monitor" for the steps to identify the list of tasks.
