Feedback form not sending confirmation emails

When filling out the feedback form or updating, not getting any email confirmation as usual, is it broken?

    Where are you filling out the feedback form?

    @Chris, I've been filling out on both here on the Beta section under Action/feedback and on mysonicwall/feedback neither sends a confirmation email even when you add any further comments, it accepts the form and creates the ID etc.... but usually after filling out the form you get a confirmation email straight away
