CFS filtering issue

I am blocking all the categories in cfs profile and whitelist some url only in which i have allowed google.com also.But still users can able to access play.google.com and accounts.google.com through the firewall.when we remove google.com from allowed domain list then its getting blocked.

I don't want to allowed play.google.com and other google related websites.

How can I achieve this

If I use play.google.com specifically in the forbidden list, then it seems to work correctly. Unfortunately, if I use *.google.com, google.com is also getting blocked.

So, you can selectively block the sub-domains from google that you would like to block. I am attaching the list of sub-domains from google for your reference.

Hello @Darshil,

I would suggest adding *.google.com to the forbidden list and using the forbidden list to be checked first in the CFS profile. You can specifically mention play.google.com etc in the forbidden list if you want.

Without that, google.com if allowed, its sub domains will also be allowed.
