SOHO 250 port mirroring

Hello all! I am working with a Client that is having issues with Static and dropped calls on their VOIP phone system, and i am trying to setup a device to run a packet capture for longer periods of time than the 30 seconds that the SOHO 250 will run. I am curious if someone can walk me through the port mirroring setup. I have looked at the information available but cant find the exact location in the software.

the device is running SonicOS Enhanced 6.5.4.0-17n. Thank you guys in advance for your assistance.

Welcome to SonicWall community.

Port mirroring is available for NSa models with Switching module, but you can set up packet mirroring to help you save those packets. Please take a look at the KB below.

Also, we have an option to send the packet capture to an FTP server for storage.
