Threat Policy management broken

Hi,

is currently anyone having problems creating new or cloning existing Threat Policies in Capture Client Management?

https://status.sonicwall.com show no errors, but I'am always getting this little red error alert "Internal error" and a notification of:

02/16/2020 03:30 PM CET (UTC +01:00) Internal DB error while creating policy e573a65b-99ea-485d-9fac-ded9ee951051: Request failed with status code 503 

The user causing the message is: <my mysnwl address>

Tenant: CC0000XXXXX-S1SW 


Is it just Europe or US as well?

I already opened a support ticket, will update here.

    This issue seems to be fixed, I checked a few times yesterday but no luck. Today all seems back to normal again.

    Sadly no comment from the support.
