One of our Sr. engineer created a bug report about this earlier today. It is Gen6-2130 and is assigned to a developer.

One tip that may help. The search is a string search and any unique part of what you are looking for will work. For example, let's say you want to see logs from a VPN Policy named "Austin4" ; If you type in "n4" it will find it.

Hello @Halon5 and @Sri - I am still testing, but it looks better, now that they have inserted CRs between attachments in the case HTML. See the image of a new case I just made for this.
-
Hello @Halon5 - Your case owner is getting ready to test with the NSa and switch. They requested the equipment in email to the lab team in their area. I am guessing they will be able to replicate the issue from what I've read, which is key to diagnosis and fix.

Hi @xpair - Please give us the case number so we can make sure it gets the proper attention.

hi @slbowen - Start w/ the unit powered off and no ethernet cables. Push button then power up. If you are depressing the button correctly, the wrench light should begin blinking within about 30-40 seconds. At that point it will be reachable on X0 interface, from your PC, if you configure it using.192.168.168.168, by ping…

@Halon5 - Hello Stephan: I tested, emailed our team and saw that @Sri was already involved, working with the back end team. A note about expectations for any change on a very busy user portal like this: There are very detailed QA routines involved for anything which is used in high volume like this support case portal. It…

Hello @SEBASTIAN You would need some sort of VPN set up on ISP Router2 to be able to directly talk to the private interface of that device after going through ISP1 and the cloud to get to the edge of that network. Your public IP source would be related to ISP1 and you can't get to private 192.168.2.1 IP space just by…

I also have automatic cloud backups working on TZ-500W, which is very similar model to yours.
-
Hi Melv - I will try my TZ600 also, but two other firewalls on same and later firmware are working with cloud backups. I am guessing there is something upstream getting in the way of the cloud HTTPS traffic.
-
Hello @Halon5 - I will do a test support ticket, go through all of your items and write a bug report about the UI feedback you have so thoughtfully provided for us. You are right, it should be a great user experience and I will help you to make it one. I will have more information in two days.
-
Hello @Stephen - for future reference, the cloud backups use HTTPS to wsdl.mysonicwall.com [204.212.170.212], they can be seen on packet captures on the firewall if you choose Firewall-Generated packets inside the Advanced tab. If not resolved, captures of that may be helpful.

Hello @Yuriy - please open a case, or if you have already, provide the case #.
-
I can give you my idea @Micah - I think there is some chance that some security settings on W2K19 Server might be part of the issue. Generally speaking, servers don't make good clients :-) I do not mean ones specific to Internet Explorer since you have tried many web browsers and seen problems with all.

Hello @Yuriy - Did you use the method in the article? https://www.sonicwall.com/support/knowledge-base/how-to-configure-voice-vlan-and-qos-on-sonicwall-switch/200609023815257/
