Hi @Ajishlal , Well, a VERBOSE answer in the form of a document would be useful. I would expect a GUIDE and a REFERENCE at least, that would include GMS / NSM integrations and other production scenarios which may arise involving multiple switches daisy-chained and so on. We really are interested in following what the…

Hey @John_Lasersohn , Thanks for your kind support.

Hi @Ajishlal , I am of course fully aware of the provided RMA procedure. In reality, we usually get some poor response from a Level 1 tech who is not able to authorize such RMA so it goes on for days before we finally get the RMA number(probably after complaining to distribution and so on. Then it may well be shipped from…

Hi @Ajishlal , Thanks for your response. Unfortunately that doesn't really answer my question. I am well aware of the warranty and support policy that is marketed. For your information we are a trained SonicWALL MSSP and a partner of some 15 years. There seems to be little documentation to support the new SonicWALL…

guess not.

Hi @Ankur , Yes, its fixed. It'd be nice if it could select from a product DB when you are typing the first letters rather than having to input EMAIL VIRTUAL SECURITY APPLIANCE for example. It's just not that intuitive to use. But its not broken at least. Thanks, Steph.

Hi @Ankur , The SW Live Demo needs upgrading. (10.07) Kindly, S.

Hi @Ankur , Nice to see that this has been released. Release Notes are interesting.. a bit disappointed to see that the - Failure to negotiate SPF properly is not in the "Known Issues". Noted : Adding filters sometimes creates duplicates and also shuffles the order. ES-2284 (This one has been around like forever so a…

Hiya @Revup67 , Agreed. You would need to setup from scratch on 6.5.3.4 and then we would recommended you backup the config at that level. Then roll-up / rollback won't be such a hassle. We have actually rolled some TZ300's back to that 6.5.3.4 level for stability. The 6.5.4.x line is strewn with issues particularly around…

10.0.8 is supposed to be out for download on MSW come the 21st.

Hey @Revup67 , There is no way you will get anywhere near 230MB+ with DPI. The TZ300 is simply an outdated unit. We get excited if we get just 70Mbps with services on. If you must get higher throughput the only way to get your performance up is to TURN OFF DPI. That is the reality. The SonicWALL SonicOS is still great for…

Hi @BWC , @Mnicholas , @Micah , @shiprasahu93 , Nope.. Its still not fixed. PRODUCT It is a free form field that should be a selection? Looping when i type in and enter "email". Come on , just fix it.
-
@David W , @SonicAdmin80 , @BWC Well the other part of this problem is that SPF checking is not done in the proper place. SPF (Sender Policy Framework) has an IMPERATIVE in the form of " -all " . Since SPF is no longer tested "Up Front" as it used to be many releases ago, it is rendered IMPOTENT by ES. (SPF i understand is…

We have clients who are receiving spam / phishing mail from their own domains because SPF doesn't work. We even have a specific filter rule to drop SPF Hard Fails.. Which doesn't work because SW ES cant even figure that out.

The 6.5.4.x releases is plagued with DPI-SSL issues. You might want to go back to 6.5.3.4
