Hi @Kadmin , @Saravanan , It is fixed in the 1.0.0.3 switch firmware. We had to apply it manually since it is not released yet but should be shortly.. We have it on a SWS12-10FPOE (via TZ670- Beta) and a SWS14-48FPOE(via NSA2650 - Production 6.5.4.6_83n) Kindly. S.

Hi @Saravanan , We are still seeing the issues as per the above although the "apps" appears to have filled out. So then, Viruses and Intrusions still show many gaps. Interestingly, drilling into a "generic" entry often reveals the information we would have expected to see in the "Name". Thanks, S.

@Saravanan , This is what I get from GMS 9.2 (Sample from NSA2650) Just useless information. I have been on to SWL product support for years. They know about this stuff. Nobody does anything about it.
-
Hi @SEBASTIAN , I see the same problem with all our GEN 6 firewalls and GMS 9.2. Steph.

Hi @SGTGMFJL , Just thought you should know that we are seeing the SWS14-48POE 10.0.0.2 briefly Unstable connected to an NSA2650 6.5.4.7_83n . The switch becomes UNREACHABLE from the SW GUI. Seen by Auvik(our NPM) as OFFLINE (recovers). Just drops out momentarily... Have you seen anything like that? Thanks, Steph.

Hey @xdmfanboy oh dear.. telling you how to suck eggs then.. well at least we are all in the same boat ! LOL.
-
@xdmfanboy It's sure is challenging. There are some practical ways to reduce the anxiety however... You can setup exclusions.. CFS Exclusions work well for that and you should probably choose lots of groups. In the end you are just looking to scan a download from a random link (maybe from an email that "got through") so…

Hey @BWC , Rolled up to 83n across our TZ300 / TZ300W / TZ400 / TZ400W compliment of around ~30x overnight via GMS 9.2. No calls yet ... :) So seems to be working I guess. Steph.

Hi @Darshil , There are some serious problems with 9.2 like backups just failing to work, sync and others. I don't think we will see 9.3 for a while yet. You are probably better on 8.7 even though its not that great at least the backups worked (more) reliably. Steph.

Hey @Saravanan , Some things to consider.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KolL4CkWJ1w Thanks @BWC , @Ajishlal

Hey @BWC , We have it on a couple of NSA3600's. They are pretty vanilla through... One has some SonicWAVE's on it. Will be starting to deploy on some TZ300's and TZ400's in the next day or two. Best, S.

@John_Lasersohn This is still not addressed. AT ALL.

Hi @Saravanan , I have read the release notes. From a customer point of view it is confusing. 5.9.2.13 "Appears" to be the latest since the level is higher. Why wouldn't you just apply 5.9.2.13 since it expected that any fixes in it also contain those in 5.9.2.7 Please give me an example of why you would apply 5.9.2.7 over…
-
@Saravanan , Would you kindly point out the specific difference between the two? What do you mean by "requirements". Why have two releases been made on the same day for the same units? Thanks, Stephan.
-
Hi @Saravanan , The only requirement I want or need is to get the latest firmware with cumulative fixes. Are you saying something "else" is going on? Is .13 not the latest?
