I guess to open a support case the firewall will need to have active support for it. So for anyone without an active service agreement on their firewall, there is no work-around to get SSLVPN connectivity functioning again. Is that a correct statement or is their a work-around that can be done from the customer side?

Thank you both. We are using a SonicWall TZ firewall running 6.5.4.6-79n firmware. I'll reach out to support & request the hotfix.
