Support Update- Default NSv version in Azure Market place is Gen 6 and not Gen 7

Hi All,

 

Please be aware, the default NSv image getting deployed from Azure Market place is Gen-6 version and not Gen-7. The issue is already reported and it will be fixed soon.

 

The workaround is to deploy the NSv using Azure templates following the KB article https://www.sonicwall.com/support/knowledge-base/how-do-i-deploy-an-old-version-of-nsv-on-azure/191202144945079/

 

Please select the image version as 1282. We will update the thread once the issue is fixed.

    The issue reported is resolved. Now the default image will be Gen 7 version.
