which host is consuming my bandwidth ?

AlbertoAlberto Enthusiast ✭✭

It's a good question.

I need to figure out

which host is consuming my bandwidth.

I have a bandwidth graph of my switch side X3 port.

I have in "real time monitor" the consumption of the sonicwall port x3.

Should I use the "AppFlow Monitor" or "AppFlow Report" section?

I'm lost.

    Hi @ALBERTO,

Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community.

If you are looking to point out the user or machine that consumes the bandwidth, I would suggest you to use Connections Monitor and this is real-time. You could also use the sections like IP address, Users in App Flow Report. If you are looking to figure out overall bandwidth utilized, you can use Real-time Monitor or App Flow Reports. App Flow Reports and Monitor work only if Flow Reporting is enabled on the firewall.

    Hi @ALBERTO,

You can filter and search based on few parameters like IP address, port number, interface, etc,., Search based on misconfiguration is not feasible.
