reboot after firmware upgrade

Hi,

We have to upgrade the firmware of our NSa 2650 to 6.5.4.8-89n, in the older version after uploading the firmware I should reboot with courrent config and not with default factory settings.

which option should We use here to reboot the firewall with current configuration and upgrade the firmware?

    Hi @mrshahin,

    As per your screenshot, you mistakenly selected the "Local Backup Firmware Version for booting" Instead that you would have to select the "Current Firmware version" and you can see the both option with current configuration and factory default configuration.

    During the upgrade , you should ideally select the Uploaded Firmware - Uploaded Firmware with current configuration.

    Since you are attempting to perform the firmware upgrade on the firewall, Can I suggest that you go through the following Article that explains the entire process of not just the firmware upgrade but also the process of taking a backup of your settings prior to the upgrade ? It is always strongly recommended to back up your settings.
