Damaged NetExtender - affecting Surface Pro 4 Laptop

Hello,
Surface Pro Laptop 4
Damaged NetExtender error on any version installed as local administrator
- Latest firmware > 10.0.19041.964
- Windows version> 10.0.19043 Build 19043
- NetExtender versions tried 8.6.265 and 10.2.309
- BIOS UEFI
- Latest windows updates
- Sfc /scannow
- Windows image repair
- Local admin > un-installed netextender > reboot > re-install > same issue
I have 14 systems with this error - cleared registry, re-installed as well. At a loss at the moment.

I wouldn't recommend 8.6.265, 8.6.266 is the earliest I would go to on Win10. Have you tried any 9.x versions? Another thing to try is disabling Windows 10 memory integrity.

That was the fix! Surface Laptop 3 has it disabled whereas Surface Laptop 4 does not.
