Most likely you just need to add an access rule allowing port 5100 either inbound or outbound. And maybe restrict it to the IP address that you are going to.
As per the packet drop, it is obvious that CFS intervenes in this specific website access. You may need to use the CFS URI list object and enter the domain name along with the custom port number (www.example.com:5100) in the Keyword List section as shown below.
Please call this URI list in the CFS profile object that you are using it on the corresponding CFS policy.
With these changes, the website access would happen with CFS interference.
