Hi!

I have realized my SONICWALLUNIVERSITY points have disappeared. Why?

I had more than 500 points. What happened?

    Hi @SEBASTIAN I checked and my earned Points are still in there, but they got reset on Feb 1st, just in case you missed that.

    That’s correct; all CER points reset at the start of the fiscal year (February 1st).
