Hi @CCBC,
Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community.
Please make sure you try with incognito window or different browsers. Some time browser cache lets the website access happen.
Give a shot and let us know.

the app isnt block
yes i am trying to block the apps on smartphones, i used to block them by going on app control and just click on enable block but now is not blocking but if i block youtube in the same way is blocking so thats why i cannot understand why is this happening
This may be an issue with encryption. Since most websites use SSL encryption of some sort, without DPI-SSL the encrypted traffic isn't scanned, because the Sonicwall can't decrypt it.
WHEN I ENABLED THE DPI SSL DO I NEED TO INSTALL THE CERTIFICATED IN EVERY DEVICES? MY CASE IS MANY STUDENTS CELLPHONES
The short answer would be yes. Unfortunately that does not seem feasible in your situation. Content filtering might help but you may run into the same issue.
Hi @CCBC,
You can try blocking the facebook apps using app control DNS signatures provided you use the external DNS on the end clients.
