Unable to access specific external website

We have a website that we own and it is hosted on godaddy. I went through the articles on SonicWALL and most of them point to Intrusion Prevention but we don't even have that license and I cant disable it. The site is accessible when not behind our TZ 400 but when behind it even in our guest network which has no restrictions out including using public DNS, I am still restricted. I plugged directly into our internet modems and it works fine so I know it is something specifically being done by the TZ.
Any help/guidance is appreciated!

Just to add, I have tried multiple browsers and multiple endpoints including mobile devices. The experience is the same.
Hi @GRANT,
Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community.
Could you please try the steps listed in the below KB article and see if it helps? If issue still persists, please let me know the website and possibly a screenshot of the error when the website fails.

Hi @Grant,
Adjust your WAN MTU size is lower and try.
Run a packet capture while generating traffic to/from the website...
I had done this. What is odd is no traffic appears. I did this using Charles Proxy.
If this was an issue I would expect other websites to do the same thing. Its only one URL that is having this issue. We havent had any issues with VPNs or other network sensitive things.
Hi @GRANT,
You should see traffic on the SonicWall when performing packet monitor. Could you please try configuring the packet monitor as below? We are going to capture the website traffic based on its IP address as destination in the packet monitor.
Please click on System | Packet Monitor | Configure,
- Settings tab: Disable all check boxes
- Monitor Filter tab:
* Check “Enable Bidirectional address and port matching"
* Ether type: IP
* IP Type: TCP, UDP
* Destination IP Address: Specify the IP address of the website here
* Everything else clear
- Display Filter Tab: Everything clear, all boxes check
- Advance Monitor Filter: Everything check
- Click OK, and Start Capture.
- Please click on Refresh option in the packet monitor page to see the traffic.

What is Charles Proxy? Did you fail to mention you have a proxy server in your environment that could be causing the issue?
