  • Hi @CRISNAYR,

Thank you for choosing SonicWall Community.

Are you looking for info on the source IP filtering or destination IP filtering?

Hi Saravan, I'm pertaining to source IP filtering

  • Hi @CRISNAYR,

Yes, we should be able to restrict the policies on the SonicWall based on source IPs if we are aware of what needs to be allowed.

Hi Saravan, this is noted but are there any guides floating somewhere so I can read it thoroughly

  • Hi @CRISNAYR,

I checked and doesn't seem to be an article present. Let me give you the steps.

    • Create address object(s) for the source IP address(es). (You can create multiple objects for multiple IP addresses)
    • If needed, create an address group containing the various address objects.
    • Call the address object/address group on the Original Source field in the corresponding NAT policy and access rule.

From this moment, the access is restricted to specific IP's.

    Hope this helps.
