Log
I configure RADIUS , Connectivity, and Password authentication test were successful.
But when I try to connect to SSL VPN with a user found on the Radius server
, I get the following error message
Login failed - User login denied - Mail Address(From/To) or SMTP Server is not configured
What am i missing?

Yes, the 192.168.200.166 or its network must be in the SSLVPN Client Settings - Client Routes, AND be listed in the user's or user groups VPN Access. It will turn into a link when both are done correctly.

Hi @Didier
did you configured One-time password for Users or Groups? This would be my only explanation.

@BWC I have not configured One-Time Password for users or group
Thas is strange, I see no other connection between Authentication and SMTP at this point.
Did you checked the event log if the SNWL logs anything what gives us a hint? Is the user a local user (created on the SNWL)?
--Michael@BWC
@BWC I see what the problem was,
it was set to "Use LDAP to retrieve user group information". I changed it and it worked
@BWC Thanks!!
Hi @Didier
that's interessting, will keep that in mind if I'am facing this.
Thanks and stay safe.

@BWC The user can now access the SSL VPN via radius but cannot RDP, i am guessing is because the user cannot access the X0 network . The user name is supposed to be a hyperlink.
how do i give access to the X0 network to the RADius user?
