SonicWall Migration Tool - zero byte export file

I have a couple of older TZ firewalls I'm working on migrating to 350's for a client. I exported the settings from both and ran them through the migration tool. The first one went OK, but the second no matter how many times I run it the resulting file that's downloaded is empty. I've verified this on different browsers, different machines.
Is there a limitation to the age of the source device/settings file? It's coming from a TZ100.

If I understood the scenario correctly, you are trying to migrate the settings from TZ 100 to TZ 350. If yes, you can simply export the settings from TZ 100 and import to TZ 350. As per the KB, please make sure that you are on the supported firmware version on both the devices (refer Sonic OS settings import matrix).
