Questions about without flash GMS.
My customer use GMS 8.0 now.
But Java flash player will be end of support almost of web browser at this month.
so, they want to know which release version without adobe flash player.
my question is what version is support without flash player? and is it possible to update at GMS 8.0?
and also i seen that GMS 9.3 also needs a Java 8.0 plug-in.
so GMS 9.3 also stop support and can't access on 2020 Dec?

GMS 9.x should be without flash. GMS 8.0 can be upgraded to GMS 9.3. The upgrade is going to be incremental from one version to next. First step is to upgrade the GMS from 8.0 to 8.4, please find below web-link for instructions on upgrade.
Second, is to upgrade from GMS 8.4 to 8.7 (Direct Upgrade),
Finally GMS 8.7 can be upgraded directly to GMS 9.3 version.
GMS 9.3 needs Java 8.0 plug-in. GMS 9.3 is not end of life by DEC 2020. It just got released a month back. Please find the product life cycle web-link below for clarification.

To upgrade from GMS 8.7 to GMS 9.3 version, you have to apply all hotfixes and Services Packs on GMS 8.7 and then run the GMS 9.3 upgrade file. Unfortunately, there is no documentation on this for now. Please contact our support team to seek assistance on the upgrade questions or concerns. Appliance interface password reset has to be done from back-end and I would recommend you to open a support case for assistance.

Now i understand how can i upgrade 8.1 to 8.7, then how can i upgrade 8.7 to 9.3?
And, if I forgot appliance password, should it needs support license and open case right?

I think about upgrading from GMSVP 8.7 (8723.1219) , but i am unsure if i need to update to 8.7 SP1 and or SP1 Hotfix, too?

Hello, soon i will upgrade GMS 8.0 to 9.3.
So i have one more questions of this upgrade.
should I need some license to upgrade GMS 8.0 to 9.3?
And also I want to know difference hardware required between 8.0 and 9.3.
