Suddenly our Email Security cannot receive or send emails & it is turned OFF.
Hello @Raffee, thank you for your post and I'm sorry to hear about this inconvenience. A few thoughts come to mind. I noticed you are using older Email Security software. Based on the product lifecycle table it is no longer supported ( https://www.sonicwall.com/support/product-lifecycle-tables/sonicwall-email-security/software/ ). Do you have the ability to upgrade the software version? Also, if your email is down I would recommended calling our support team for immediate assistance.
