Get IP but have no access to resources - New ISP

I recently upgraded to fiber from my local ISP. After the upgrade, my Netextender still connects and gets an IP, but I can't see any network resources. I switched the Sonicwall to Tunnel All and the problem goes away.

When I called the local ISP, they didnt' seem to have a clue. Before I elevate the ticket, does anyone have experience on what I need to tell them is happening? It seems as if the VPN requests are being treated as local traffic and not going across the VPN when it's split.

  • Hi @IFDINC,

Thank you for visiting SonicWall Community.

Could you please let me know if your clients are connecting to SMA box or Firewall SSLVPN?

As per the issue, it is likely issue with VPN traffic not reaching the VPN device when its split tunnel or may be some access privilege issue (a packet capture can confirm us the issue). Also, please provide me your network setup (like if you have any firewall appliance to the upstream of SMA).

Hope I can help you better.
