registered device
We have swapped Tech support companies and I can't register our hardware under the company mysonicwall login as device already registered. how do I find how it was registered and how to "move" it. It may have been saved under a different email in my company or under the Tech support company.

You can send an email to customer_service@sonicwall.com with all details( Serial number and new Mysonicwall account user name or email), Also as a proof kindly attach TSR report, Picture of the bottom of the device or Invoice copy for the purchase ( Any one of the document ) After all the process the device will be transferred to your MSW account within 24 to 48 hours.

I managed to remotely download proof of ownership and registration now being swapped.
