When I try to set source IP to the default HTTPS Management IP, I get an error indicating source and destination IP cannot be of different IP Version. Both were on IPV4.
I tested the reported behavior on my side and I dont see any problems in editing the HTTPS Management access rule with settings the source to specific IPs. As per your error screenshot, the destination field contains "All WAN IP", please try with specific address object like "All X1 Management IP" and so on for testing and see if it helps.
Already tried it and still fails with same error. I also tried to modify an existing rule for HTTPS Management to limit the source IP, I get the same error.
