While pinging to dns IP i am getting 'firewall deactivated' error in sonicwall packet capture.
What does that error means..??

You can try the following:
1) Remove the WAN interface from the IPv6 LB Group
2) Also, if the WAN interface in test is on DHCP, can you please test it on a different WAN interface if possible or use a static IP on the firewall and test?
