I've been able to block usb media such as flash drives. However, when I connect a mobile/android phone, I am able to access data. How do I create a policy to block this?
The best way to figure out what needs to be blocked is enabling the activity logs for approve device events and when you connect the phone, you should be able to see the activity logs. Then you can easily build the rules to block it.
