orange.es or www.orange.es not accessible behind the Firewall on Gen6 and Gen7

Hello, from Spain we are having several customers, problems accessing these sites, orange.es and www.orange.es, (they are the same IP 62.36.227.81) The problem is that if you skip the Sonicwall, the connection is done without problems.
I made several changes at the security services level, but without result (disabling all, rebooting, creating rules for the FQDN and disabling DPI).
NOTHING shows up at log level, everything seems normal (0 droped).
I just ask if any other from other places, the same thing happens to them.
