NetExtender SSL VPN is not working for users with Starlink internet for the last 2 weeks. It previously functioned well, but now it seems something changed on Starlink's end. This is affecting our remote users and productivity. Looking to see if anyone here had similar issues and if found any resolution on this issue?

    You could try changing the port from 4433 to 443 and see if that works.

    I use a custom port to than the defaults. However, I was informed today that users who uses Starlink were able to use their NetExtender again but in my opinion the issue might resurface in near future. I was advised to close the ticket with support. Finger crossed!!
