I setup a VLAN on our TZ600 on port X2, it is sending out a IP, I need to learn how the VLAN will only send out an IP to the new IP phones we are implementing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are referring to sending phones the IP address of the PBX via DHCP options, look here:
